Acceptance and permitted use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of eaglewingresearch.com and the research, data, tools, and other material made available through it. References to “Eaglewing Research,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the independent research provider operating under that name from Geneva, Switzerland.

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website. You must use the website lawfully and, where legal capacity is required, be capable of accepting these terms.

We provide the public website for personal, informational, educational, and research use. Additional written terms may apply if we introduce subscriptions, user accounts, licensed data, or other services.

On-demand private company research requests

You may submit a valid US-listed stock ticker and email address for private screening. A successful submission confirms that we recorded and classified the request. It does not guarantee that we will begin or complete research, deliver a report, reach a positive conclusion, publish the company, create an official pick, or respond by any particular date.

We may identify existing published research, classify a request as outside our scope or unsupported by sufficient reliable evidence, recognize an already-active request, accept it for screening, or later close it without a report. Operational classifications are not investment recommendations and may change as evidence or our research mandate evolves.

Any future private result is issuer-focused general research, not analysis personalized to your finances, objectives, portfolio, risk tolerance, or circumstances. Your email or identity does not alter the company analysis. A report may be delivered only after the complete applicable Eaglewing Research System (EWRS) workflow and a versioned deterministic automated release gate both pass. If evidence, specialist support, integrity, or another release condition is insufficient or unknown, no report is delivered. Submitting a request does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or contractual research relationship.

Private on-demand research is separate from our public publication process. It cannot create an Official Eaglewing Pick, a public dossier, or a Track Record entry. Official Picks and their exact public reports remain subject to explicit human approval.

Independent research, not investment advice

Eaglewing Research publishes general equity research for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on the website is individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. Nothing constitutes an offer, solicitation, or invitation to buy, sell, subscribe for, or hold a security or financial product, and no publication should be understood as a personalized recommendation to any visitor.

We are not an investment fund, investment company, investment adviser, broker, dealer, bank, exchange, or pooled investment vehicle. Your use of the website does not create an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, client, employment, partnership, or agency relationship with us.

Research and AI limitations

Our work may combine fundamental analysis, public information, third-party data, quantitative methods, and AI-assisted research. AI systems and human reviewers can make mistakes. Research may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, revised, or affected by assumptions and unavailable information. We do not warrant that any conclusion, forecast, score, classification, catalyst, or scenario will be correct.

You remain responsible for independently evaluating information and for every decision you make. Consider your circumstances and consult appropriately qualified professionals before taking financial action.

Official picks and track-record information

Our public track record follows official Eaglewing Research picks against the S&P 500 from each publication timestamp. It is a research-evaluation record, not a managed portfolio, model portfolio, brokerage statement, or representation of returns achieved by any investor.

Published comparisons may exclude dividends, fees, taxes, spreads, slippage, liquidity constraints, position sizing, currency effects, and other implementation costs or conditions. Market data may be delayed, adjusted, revised, or supplied by third parties. Past outcomes do not predict or guarantee future results.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website to:

• violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
• gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the administrator area, database, accounts, or infrastructure;
• introduce malicious code, disrupt operation, bypass security, or probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization;
• submit automated, excessive, deceptive, or abusive research requests, or attempt to evade request limits;
• misrepresent Eaglewing Research content, remove notices, or imply our endorsement of another product or service;
• systematically scrape, reproduce, republish, sell, license, or build a competing dataset from substantial parts of the website without permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it; or
• use the website or its content in a way that could mislead investors or manipulate a market.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, our rights, or third parties.

Intellectual property

The website’s original research, editorial content, design, software, graphics, branding, selection, and arrangement are owned by or licensed to Eaglewing Research and may be protected by copyright, trademark, database, and other laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use publicly available content for personal and noncommercial research, subject to these terms. No ownership right is transferred to you. Quotations and links are permitted where lawful, proportionate, accurately attributed, and not misleading.

Company names, securities data, source documents, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party information, data, and links

We may refer to public filings, issuer materials, market-data providers, news sources, research publications, websites, and other third-party material. We do not control or endorse third-party services merely by linking to or citing them. Their content, availability, privacy practices, and terms are their responsibility.

Market prices and other third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, or inaccurate. You should verify important information at its original source before relying on it.

Availability, warranties, and liability

We may modify, suspend, withdraw, correct, or discontinue any part of the website or research without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent preservation of content, or compatibility with every device.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or investment outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eaglewing Research will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or investment losses arising from access to, reliance on, use of, or inability to use the website or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes, severability, and Swiss law

We may revise these terms as the platform develops. Updated terms take effect when posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Subject to any mandatory law that applies to you, these terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Geneva, Switzerland will have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
